What attracted you to this post?
Having worked in the team as a school liaison officer for several years, I had a good understanding of the safety and citizenship side of the business and was keen to get more involved in the youth travel ambassador programme we run.
What’s been the most interesting part of the job so far?
It’s been eye-opening to see the different ways that the London Transport Museum, Transport for London and other organisations are helping students navigate the complexities of this large city. Students have so many opportunities to develop all kinds of skills with the support of a huge network of people focused on helping them stay safe.
