What does the job entail?

Care of collections, plus I’m part of a team working towards Accreditation. I have written the first draft of a documentation plan and manual and I’m currently preparing an emergency plan.

What’s been the most interesting part of the job  so far?

The expression on my bank manager’s face when he saw a cheque with my name on it.
