Kids initiative gets £30,000

Schools department backs Kids in Museums

The Kids in Museums campaign has been given £30,000 by the Department for Children, Schools and Families for its Flexible Family Ticket Campaign.


The campaign will begin with a Family Ticket Watch that will ask families what form they would like a family ticket to take.


Dea Birkett, director of Kids in Museums, said family tickets should cover all types of family groups, not just two adults and two children.


The results of the survey will be published in March.
