The Museum of the Home in London has appointed Anna Nguyen as a community producer

Anna Brennand is the new director of the Herefordshire-based Sidney Nolan Trust. She joins from the Cabrach Trust, a rural regeneration charity in north-east Scotland.

The Royal Academy of Arts, London, has recruited Vicky Richardson as head of architecture and Heinz curator. She was previously associate director of the London School of Architecture and editor of Blueprint magazine.

The Museum of the Home in London has appointed Anna Nguyen as a community producer. This new three-year role will develop the museum’s work with Vietnamese and southeast Asian communities. Nguyen joins the museum from Home in Manchester, where she was a stage-one theatre producer.

Suzanna Lipscombe has become a trustee at the Portsmouth Trust

Helen Bonser-Wilton has left her role as chief executive at the Mary Rose Trust to take up the same position at Leeds Castle. Meanwhile, Tudor historian, academic and TV presenter, Suzannah Lipscomb, has become a trustee at the Portsmouth Trust.

Rob Perks, the lead curator of oral history and director of national life stories at the British Library, has retired. He joined the library in 1988 as its first oral history curator. 

Culture&, an independent arts and education charity, has appointed Miranda Lowe as chair of trustees and Svetlana Leu as vice chair. Lowe is a principal curator of crustacea at the Natural History Museum, London, while Leu is a cultural strategy and communications specialist.

Simon Thurley, a former chief executive of English Heritage, has been appointed as chair of the National Heritage Memorial Fund and the National Lottery Heritage Fund for three years. He takes over from René Olivieri.
