What attracted you to this post?
The position appealed to me because I did my internship at the Museum of East Anglian Life (Meal) and this museum is very similar.
What are you doing?
We are applying for funding soon for new premises and this will involve moving our stores. I’m photographing the entire collection, tackling the documentation backlog and ensuring that objects are housed appropriately.
Any surprises?
How varied and impressive our combined staff and volunteer skillset is.
Qualifications
BA history; the conservation technician qualification from the Institute of Conservation.
