In other funding news, the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) is looking for applications for its Young Roots programme, which is for projects that engage 11- to 25-year-olds with heritage in the UK.

The initiative funds partnerships between heritage bodies, including museums, and youth organisations that help young people shape and deliver their own projects in safe environments.

Grants available range from £10,000 to £50,000. Young Roots is a rolling programme, so applications can be made at any time. The HLF will make a decision within eight weeks.
