Committee looks at cuts
Evidence sought on impact of spending cuts
The Culture, Media and Sport Committee is calling for evidence on the impact that spending cuts will have on arts and heritage.
The deadline for submissions is 2 September, although evidence can be provided later, as parliament does not return from its summer break until October.
Mark Taylor, director of the Museums Association, said: “The timing is tight, but the pace at which change is happening means we can’t afford to be leisurely.”
