Subtitled Greeks, "Barbarians" and their Coins, the exhibition explores the history of the Greek colonies on the Black Sea from the sixth century BC to the Roman period.

The exhibition explores the new consumer and cultural relationships emerging as the world's economic centre shifts towards the east. A former shop will be turned into an interactive concept store combining elements of a gallery, factory and market. Yoko Ono's work, Mend Piece for Merry England, features in the exhibition.

Profiling 300 years of children's clothing, the exhibition will draw on the museum's collection of 6,000 items to cover the themes of Milestones, Changing Fashions, Fashion Drivers and Practical Fashions. Exhibits range from luxury garments from the V&A's collection to a snorkel parka from the 1970s.
