Winning hearts and minds – Ennill calonnau a meddyliau
This session will explore our latest policy initiatives including work towards social justice and how we can make a strong case for the value of our museums to politicians, stakeholders and the public. The session will cover how we can put the recommendations from Empowering Collections into practice including using collections to explore issues of place and identity and working with communities to ensure that our collections are relevant and reflect society.

Museums for Climate Justice – Amgueddfeydd dros Gyfiawnder Hinsawdd
Find out how our Museums for Climate Justice campaign can support museums in tackling the climate and ecological crisis and hear from Alice Briggs, Programme Manager for Tir Canol, about the landscape partnership in Mid Wales which delivers artist residency programmes and works on projects supporting climate action, coastal adaptation initiatives and nature recovery.

We are committed to a supporting the workforce through our work around inclusion and wellbeing. In this session we hear about the most recently published report into Wellbeing and Ableism and what the sector, leaders and co-workers can do to create an inclusive and non-ableist culture.
