Annual conference sponsorship

Our three-day annual conference is the perfect opportunity to make the most of our live and online audiences. Taking place on location at the Glasshouse International Centre for Music (formerly the Sage Gateshead) and throughout Newcastle, as well as online, 7-8 November, the 2023 conference will be accessible to a large number of delegates.

Last year the number of attendees in person was almost 900, and the number of online delegates was around 1,300. Combined with views of recordings after the event you can see why this is the perfect sponsorship opportunity.

We have put together sponsorship packages to reflect this hybrid event, at a range of price points to allow small and large businesses to be involved and raise their profile to the museum community.

Packages and Pricing

This entry-level package includes delegate places for your staff at the conference, plus your company logo and details in our conference suppliers hub on our website, where delegates will be able to find out more about the work you do and the services you offer.

These films are shown in the main conference programme before and after each session. As the audience waits for the next session, it is a great way to catch their attention and promote your work. Films are limited to five, so you are guaranteed a high level of promotion.

This package includes a tabletop stand for two days where you will meet the delegates attending the event and demonstrate your products or services. These are accessible and welcoming tabletop spaces that you can adorn with your own pop-up branding and marketing materials.

The package also includes a 10 minute speaking slot in the conference programme, giving you the opportunity to talk to the in-person and digital audiences about your work.

Sponsoring our evening networking events is a great way to have your business associated with the main event in the museum sector calendar. Not only will your branding be highly visible, but it is an opportunity for representatives of your company to network with delegates in an informal atmosphere. There are events on the Monday (pre-conference event); Tuesday and Wednesday evenings of the conference, with the main event held on the Tuesday evening.

By hosting a lunchtime session, you can present your ideas, case studies and/or projects to a dedicated in-person audience. Run during the lunch hour, this session will be held in a private room and will be catered.
