What to expect

At the bottom of the stairs, turn right to enter the Williams Longue, where you will be able to collect a badge and have a hot drink during the registration period. If you are using the lift, please turn left.
  • Registration, lunch and networking will all take place in this space. There is seating available across the hallway but please be aware that this is a shared use area.
  • This event takes place in the Henry Wellcome Auditorium, which is also on the lower ground floor.
  • The Auditorium is a tiered theatre space for 154 people. It has a raised stage area for nine speakers. Delegates are invited to sit where they’d like (bearing in mind that the room may be at capacity) with the front and back rows of seating designated in the first instance for those with access needs.
  • More information and photographs of the space are available on the Wellcome’s venue hire pages.
