I’m a commercial consultant and coach working in the cultural and charity sectors, helping organisations grow income and engagement through thoughtful, well-designed visitor experiences. I’ve worked across charities, creative agencies, national museums, and international organisations, leading and scaling events and commercial programmes that connect people meaningfully to collections, causes, and ideas. From intimate philanthropic events to large-scale public experiences, my focus has always been on relevance - designing experiences people actually want to be part of. Over time, this work has helped organisations increase income by millions of pounds while reaching entirely new audiences. Alongside programmes, I care deeply about people. I use coaching to support leaders and teams to work with confidence, trust, and clarity - building environments where ideas are shared, collaboration feels safe, and learning is encouraged. I’m especially interested in how leadership, narrative, and commercial thinking come together, and how strong teams create sustainable success. Today, through The Income Curator, I work as a consultant, coach, and mentor to cultural organisations and entrepreneurial teams. I help them uncover the potential already within their programmes and their people - and shape it into meaningful experiences that feel human, purposeful, and financially sustainable.
