I'm Lucy Woodbridge - a cultural sector consultant and coach. I work with museums, heritage sites, galleries and cultural venues across the UK - helping organisations grow commercial income, develop audiences, and unlock the value of what they already have. I also coach the leaders and teams who make it happen. I've spent over a decade leading commercial programmes inside some of the UK's most complex cultural organisations including the Natural History Museum, Imperial War Museums, RAF Museums, UNICEF UK and Immediate Media. Today, I bring strategic thinking, practical delivery, and people-centred leadership, shaped by real experience and expertise.
