I provide expert consultancy on archive management for all types of organisations e.g. archive services, museums, libraries, local government, universities, charities, and businesses. I support strategic planning, service transformation, project planning, and funding bids for the development and resourcing of archive collections management and services. I develop scoping reports, costed and prioritised work programmes, stakeholder consultation, statements of significance, feasibility and evaluation studies. I support workforce development with training, skills analysis, mentoring and coaching. I also work with policy makers and professional bodies to develop and critique archive and heritage sector strategies, and develop sector tools e.g. ARA Resilience Indicator.
