What attracted you to the post?

The Watts Gallery is a survival from the Victorian art world that is receiving a new lease of life. We are hoping to acquire the studio that the painter and sculptor G F Watts and his wife Mary used in the house they owned just across the road from the gallery.

What does it entail?

I get to be involved in the entire curatorial picture, from moving the pictures, insuring the building and conserving the sculptures to curating exhibitions, lecturing, writing, training colleagues and volunteers and, of course, fundraising.
