What attracted you to this post?
The museum is primed for a big redevelopment and I was eager to lead the team through such an exciting and challenging time.
What does the role entail day to day?
All sorts – working with staff and volunteers, project management, design and collections development, fundraising, research, creating exhibitions, strategic planning, publicity and promotion.
What’s been the most interesting event so far?
Getting up close and personal with the collection to develop an interpretative approach for our new displays, through which visitors can discover the history of Huntingdonshire.

BA Hons history and English, MA museology, AMA.
