Maev Kennedy to speak at MP seminar in May

The Guardian's heritage correspondent will speak at On message: public relations for museums and galleries...
Kennedy has been The Guardian's heritage correspondent since 1995, and is the author of The Hamlyn History of Archaeology, published in 1998. Her specialist areas are archaeology and conservation.

Her experience has given her a unique insight into public relations, having worked for GLR and Capital Radio, made several TV appearances, and written for magazines published by English Heritage and the National Trust, as well as newspapers including the Irish Times and the Irish Sunday Independent.

The Museum Practice seminar is being held in London on 24 May.
