Free entry to biggest museum event of its kind in Europe
The exhibition at the Museums Association's (MA) Conference & Exhibition 2016, featuring the sector’s leading suppliers and consultants, new products, and MP workshops, is open to all.

Over 100 stands at the exhibition will feature designers, lighting specialists, storage companies, IT and digital media experts, publishers, catering companies, insurance firms and universities.

Many of these companies have new products and on-stand demonstrations, which they will share at Glasgow 2016.

Visitors to the exhibition can also attend 28 free MP workshops on topics including technology and digital; audiences, learning and engagement; collections, interpretation and exhibition design; and commercial activities.

Meet and discover more about key networks at the Network Hub, which includes engage; National Alliance for Museums, Health & Wellbeing; Touring Exhibitions Group; UK Subject Specialist Networks; and the Working Internationally Regional Project.

Attend the International Networking Reception, hosted by the Department for International Trade on Monday 7 November from 1pm to 2pm.

And visit pop-up museums showcasing innovative work highlighting the MA’s Museums Change Lives campaign and the projects carried out through the Esmée Fairbairn Collections Fund.

Visitors can also benefit from discounts from exhibitors available on the day.

If you are not attending conference then you should register online as a visitor and you will be given an entrance badge when you arrive at the front desk of the International Convention Centre. Conference delegates are automatically registered.

Exhibitor awards

Visitors and conference delegates are encouraged to take part in the Exhibitor Awards to nominate the best product and the best looking stand.

Voters will be entered into a ballot to win one of four great prizes, including a free place at a Museum Practice Seminar.

Visitors can vote via the Conference app.
