Super early-bird rate available until 31 March
The Museums Association (MA) Annual Conference and Exhibition is now open for booking. The conference runs 3-5 October at the Brighton Conference Centre.
A super early-bird rate applies to all bookings made by 31 March. Depending on your membership status, this discount could offer savings of up to £155 off the standard ticket price.
The theme for this year’s conference is Sustainable and Ethical Museums in a Globalised World. This ambitious and timely theme will interrogate how museums should respond to some of the most challenging issues of our time, including climate breakdown, rising inequalities, demographic changes, and political and social upheaval.
The conference will explore how museums can help create a fairer and more sustainable society, and imagine what the environmentally, socially and financially sustainable museum of the future will look like.
An exciting range of fringe events will run alongside the conference, including tours of the city’s museums, drinks receptions, the annual conference party, and the Festival of Change, which will be back on the exhibition floor for the third year running.
Super early-bird rates start from just £140 for a single day pass for student, retired, volunteer or unwaged members.
