Special offer on Associateship of the MA

Patrick Steel, 22.02.2016
£50 off new registrations
The Museums Association (MA) is offering £50 off new registrations to the Associateship of the Museums Association (AMA), its flagship professional development scheme.

Through structured professional development and with the support of a mentor, the AMA is designed to help you take responsibility for your career, develop job skills and core competences needed for a successful career in museums, and achieve your career aspirations.

The AMA takes two to three years to complete and registration is open to anyone who works in or for museums, this can be on a full-time, part-time, voluntary or temporary basis. You will need to have worked in museums for a minimum of three years by the end of your AMA.

Zoe Spencer, the MA’s marketing officer, said: “Professional development is really important for everyone who works in museums and galleries, and gaining the recognised and highly respected qualification of the AMA will stand anyone in good stead to enhance their career.

“This £50 discount is an extra helping hand, and means there’s no better time to sign up than now.”

The special offer ends on 18 March 2016.
