For a limited period the MA website will be open to all
The Museums Association (MA) website will be open to all until 18 September so that non-members and un-registered users can experience the full range of content across the site.

During this period website visitors will be able to access Find a JobMuseums JournalMuseum Practice and Find a Museum without having to register or login.

The trial period precedes the MA’s move to a new database, which will go live on Tuesday 18 September. In line with the MA’s GDPR obligations, all website users, including existing registered users, will be required to register for the website.

The MA will contact existing registered users, including MA members, by email with details of how they can access their current online profile through the new database after the 18 September.

“This is a great opportunity for new visitors to the MA’s website to experience a flavour of the benefits available to our members online, says Will Adams, the MA’s deputy director. “We hope all users enjoy being able to access the MA’s comprehensive archives of practical information and news from across the sector in the UK and internationally.

“We will be in touch with all of our registered website users directly to ensure they have a seamless experience with the MA website and can continue to access all the benefits of registration and membership after the 18 September.”
