MA refreshes online membership

Simplified process for individuals, companies and institutions
The Museums Association (MA) has refreshed its online membership pages, giving individuals, companies, and institutions a simple process for signing up to, and renewing, membership.

The pages also include details of over 900 museums and galleries in the UK offering free or discounted entry at venues and paying exhibitions to MA members.

If you are a museum professional, volunteer, student, museum friend, trustee, or are interested in the sector, then individual membership is for you.

If you are a museum, gallery, heritage site, or a related sector organisation, then you might want to sign up to institutional membership.

And if you are a commercial company or consultant, then you can benefit from the MA’s corporate membership. Sole traders can benefit from a tailored sole trader membership.

Jane Wells, the MA’s membership engagement officer, said: “Our aim with the refresh was to improve our members’ experience by making it easier for existing members to renew their membership, and for first time visitors to purchase membership.

“We have given the section a great new look, and made the process much easier to navigate.”
