The December edition of Museum Practice will look at the latest approaches to museum text

Writing sparkling copy that unearths the most interesting stories behind a museum's collections is no easy feat. This edition of MP will explore how museums can develop an audience-focused approach to museum text, apply tone of voice and other attention grabbing storytelling techniques, as well as create text that is appropriate for objects from different cultures.

Museums are invited to submit their own case studies on creating text.

Case studies should be about 300 words long and accompanied by photographs.

For tips and advice, read this guide to writing a Museum Practice case study.

Please email your case studies by 10 December to nicola@museumsassociation.org
