How can museums welcome under 5s?

Put your questions to Jo Graham
Museums across the UK are increasingly looking at how they can provide for babies, toddlers, pre-school children, and family adults, through embedded displays and interpretation as well as regular workshops and activities.

Jo Graham is the founder of Learning Unlimited, which helps museums and other organisations to strategically plan and create visitor-friendly services, exhibitions, programmes and resources, and is well known for her expertise on families and early years in museums.

She will be taking your questions on how to develop provision for under 5s, from what parents want from the museum and how to engage with young children to balancing the needs of “early learners” with other visitors.

Email your questions to practice@museumsassociation.org or share them in the comment box below by 27 March. The answers will be published on the 15 April.
