The November edition of Museum Practice will look at how legislation around copyright and Orphan Works is changing – and what the implications are for museums in the digital age.

The articles will come after a one-day MP seminar Copy this: the essentials of copyright on 18 September at the Royal College of Surgeons.

Museums and other heritage organisations are invited to share their own case studies of copyright for the issue.

Case studies should be no more than 250 words and accompanied by a headshot or photograph illustrating your work. For tips and advice, read this guide to writing a Museum Practice case study.

Please email case studies by 30 October to
