Share your experiences in Museum Practice
The September edition of Museum Practice (MP) will look at how live and recorded music is used in museums.

As well as offering practical advice on hosting live music events, the articles will explore how recorded music and soundscapes can be used as part of an exhibition’s interpretation strategy. The recent trend of creating Spotify playlists will also be examined.

Museums are invited to share their own experiences of playing music or hosting musicians at their institution by submitting a case study.

Case studies should be about 400 words long and accompanied by photographs.

For tips and advice, read this guide to writing a MP case study.

Please email your case studies by 25 August to
