Share your experiences in Museum Practice
The July edition of Museum Practice will look at front-of-house from the perception of people working in this part of the sector and the organisations championing them.

The issue will examine the challenges facing front-of-house teams, such as low pay and a sense of being undervalued by the wider sector. Museum Practice will look at examples of individuals and museums that are redefining what front-of-house staff can achieve at their respective institutions and in the sector.

There will also be advice on building a career in front-of-house, including the opportunities for progression.

Individuals can submit their own case studies sharing their experiences of working in front-of-house or advice to people who might want to follow a similar career path.

Case studies should be about 400 words long and accompanied by photographs. Submissions may be anonymous if preferred.

For tips and advice, read this guide to writing a MP case study.

Please email your case studies by 15 May to
