Coronavirus Conversations: Climate Crisis
Online, Zoom
The Climate Crisis continues to be the most pressing issue facing the world, but has action by museums to tackle their own environmental impact, raise awareness and empower audiences to take action been overshadowed by the Covid pandemic and other global events of 2020?
Join Alistair Brown, Policy Manager, Museums Association, in an interactive panel discussion looking at what museums could and should be doing now as part of their commitment towards climate justice.
Confirmed panellists include:
Miranda Massie, Director, Climate Museum (USA)
Alexandra Alberda, Curator of Indigenous Perspectives, Manchester Museum
Isla Gladstone, Senior Curator (Natural Sciences), Bristol Museums
Further speakers will be confirmed in due course.
