The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of customer-facing operations, championing the visitor experience and supporting our team of Welcome Volunteers. The role will also include involvement with event planning and general support. There will be an expectation for more hours to be taken during the open season April to September, Sunday to Wednesday. Includes Sunday working in open season.
