Renaissance West Midlands offers conference places to AMAs
The Entrepreneurial Culture in Museums conference will be held on 9 February 2011 at Thinktank in Birmingham, with speakers including former Midland entrepreneur of the year John Donelly, and business thinker Geoff Burch.
The conference aims to help participants become more entrepreneurial in their approach, to recognise new business opportunities and enable participants to evaluate their market position and potential.
A total of 20 free bursary places are available for museum professionals currently working towards their AMA.
To apply for a bursary place, candidates should write a personal statement of 150 to 200 words on how attending the conference would contribute to their continual professional development.
Statements should include name, current job role, and museum, and can be emailed to paulette.francis-green@birmingham.gov.uk
If you have any queries, you can ring Paulette Francis-Green on 0121 464 3886.
