Melanie Keen joins Iniva in London in September as its new director. She was previously at Arts Council England as a senior relationship manager.

Marie Kirbyshaw has started her new post of chief executive at Luton Culture. She had been the cultural services manager at Milton Keynes Council.

Two new senior curators for the Middlesbrough Institute of Modern Art: Elinor Morgan was previously a curator at Eastside Projects in Birmingham; Miguel Amado’s curatorial workplaces have included Tate St Ives and the Portuguese Pavilion at the 2013 Venice Biennale.

Dawn Walker is the new manager of Cumbria’s Pencil Museum; she had been its deputy manager. Its outgoing manager, Alex Farthing, moves to the Beacon, Whitehaven, as its business development manager.

Martin Clark is the new artistic director for the Art Sheffield 2016 festival. He is also the director of the Bergen Kunsthall in Norway.

Landowner Ferrers Vyvyan is the new chairman of the board of trustees of the Cornwall Museum Partnership. The museum consultant Emmie Kell becomes its chief executive.

David Lemm begins his six-month residency as illustrator in residence at the House of Illustration, London, in July.

At Somerset’s Fleet Air Arm Museum, Graham Mottram has retired after 32 years as its director. Robin Harper, on the museum’s maintenance and facilities team for 26 years, has also retired.

Chatham Historic Dockyard Trust’s chairman elect is Admiral Trevor Soar. He replaces Admiral Ian Garnett in May 2016.
