Submit your catering and cafe case studies
Rebecca Atkinson, 12.12.2011
Tell Museum Practice readers about your museum's offering
The January edition of Museum Practice looks at cafes and catering, with an opportunity for museums to submit their own case studies.
As well as exploring the basic principles of running a successful cafe, this issue of Museum Practice will ask how museums can pick the right caterers and appropriate business model. It will also examine sustainability and reducing food waste.
Museums, galleries and heritage sites can submit their own case studies. These should be no more than 250 words and could cover: what makes your catering offer special; recent improvements or innovations; corporate events and weddings; branding; and cafe design.
Please email your case studies along with a relevant photograph to rebecca.atkinson@museumsassociation.org
Museum Practice reserves the right to edit copy to ensure it meets editorial standards and style. Not all case studies received will be published.
