Oxford Cultural Leaders: an international programme for museums, arts & heritage.

Oxford Cultural Leaders is for dynamic and reflective directors, heads of department and senior managers who want to challenge and redefine their identity as a leader and their vision for their organisation at a time of great challenge and complexity for the cultural sector.

The programme is designed to enable cultural leaders to develop entrepreneurial ways of thinking and behaving. Having access to expertise from across the cultural and business sectors has led to the development of a unique programme within the museum and cultural sectors internationally. Oxford Cultural Leaders was held for the first time in March 2015 and then again in 2016 and 2017, successfully bringing together dynamic leaders together in an environment which encourages experimentation and innovation.

This week long immersive, residential course will be held from 18-23 March 2018 within the University of Oxford's museums, colleges and cultural assets. Participants will be asked to contribute a fee of £2,650 which includes accommodation and participation in all aspects of the week long programme. The deadline for applications is 5pm on 5 January 2018.
