Improve and expand their knowledge of museum commerce and enterprise alongside professionals form around the world.

All cultural organisations are increasingly being required to generate income and diversify their funding sources, but how do museums, galleries, arts venues and heritage sites learn how to identify and monetise their assets without compromising their cultural missions? This course is aimed at anyone working in one of these industries who is seeking to improve and expand their knowledge of commerce and enterprise. It shows how instilling an entrepreneurial mindset among your team could benefit your organisation. Led by specialist staff from the V&A, it considers a selection of core topics - such as how to create products, set up shop, members’ organisations, ticketed programmes, and catering and events - that will complement and support the visitor experience, whilst also generating income.
