Copyright law affects every aspect of museum work, from managing collections to creating educational resources and generating income.
Getting it wrong or simply not knowing can prove costly. This workshop will take you through the legal framework to develop a basic copyright law strategy.
It will give you:
a basic awareness of the scope of copyright law
conceptual tools for developing a copyright strategy
information about the latest changes in UK copyright legislation
knowledge of where to look for further help on copyright and intellectual property issues.
