In early April we recruited the 2007-08 Diversify bursaries. Eight candidates were interviewed and we were able to offer a range of Diversify bursary packages to seven people. UEA and the University of Southampton are partners in funding two of the MLA bursaries, so we have been able to offer an additional two places. Evaluations The MA has commissioned Hopkins van Mil: Creative Connections to undertake the next evaluation of the Diversify scheme. We have asked them to look at the following: As a starting point, the consultants will examine: The research phase of the evaluation has started in April with the final report due to be completed by the end of the summer. The report will help us put together a five year plan for Diversify to take to MA Council in the autumn.
