Diversify offers different ways for your organisation to encourage people from minority-ethnic backgrounds to take up a career in museums and galleries

The Museums Association can offer help and advice to museums and galleries who want to increase the diversity of their workforce through offering Diversify traineeships and bursaries.
We have lots of experience of designing relevant training schemes and can offer free advice and help with setting up your own bursary or traineeship.
We have put together the Diversify Toolkit to support organisations who want to set up positive action training. The toolkit is based on a wealth of the best practice and experience that has been gained by the Museums Association and participating venues from the Diversify scheme.

The MA wants museums, galleries and universities to use positive action to encourage people from minority-ethnic backgrounds to apply for jobs.
